Bought on the website from France and had to return to an address in the U.K. entailed the usual post-Brexit customs paperwork even though the label clearly showed a return of goods. Item seemed to have come from the Netherlands but no option to return other than U.K. incurring cost about a third of the value of the item. Poor service even in the equally poor trading environment. Ironically NOT French Connection.
