Shipping to Ireland needs improvement

Not the same colour as it looks only. Quality and fit are great though. Returned item as more dark mustard looking than the picture.

when ordering from EU site it is not possible to know where the garment will be shipped from. Its a lottery and you may end up paying vat and customs duty or you may not.

No response from customer care service.

As experiences go, this is disappointing
