Shipment arrived in timely manner with product ordered.

I complained to customer service about waiting 9 days for delivery even though 3-5 was stated under €9 delivery fee. I had not seen further into website that international delivery was 7-10 days. They refunded the delivery fee which I thought was amazing customer service And a really nice touch.
