I order both online and at the Nashville store in person - excellent customer service! Way above expectations! In store associates are extremely helpful and practically do the shopping for you based on a few probing questions! Will always be a Freebird customer!!!

I had to unfortunately exchange my purchase for a bigger size. The shoes were too small. I have a wide foot. I reached out to customer service for suggestions, I was provided suggestions of upsizing and other styles that might fit better. I appreciate the customer service response and the ease of exchange.

We had a blast hanging out with Aubrey at the bar while shopping. This is my first pair of freebirds but I have a feeling they won't be my last!
