Mostly amazing. Excellent service and great designs but I wish you had a wider choice of shoes for wide feet. I phoned to ask which sandals would suit wide feet and was told this was the best option. I appreciate they’re adjustable but have found them not quite adjustable enough. I had a similar experience buying sneakers a few years ago. Using just a heel cushion made the toe box a bit roomier but it also made them more difficult to put on (you have to place your foot just so or the heel cushion slips and is uncomfortable). And overall they still felt narrow.
