The best service- I had to exchange a pair of shoes, my fault I accidentally nominated the incorrect size. The swift response and professionalism was of a high standard.

Super fast delivery. The only negative thing I’d say is on a pair of slides the buckles broke second wear and took two months to get some help and multiple emails and proof sent which was so disappointing as I have 10 plus pairs of Frankie4s.
