Shipping and service is always good. No problem with returns.

The jacket was delivered in a timely manner, but the quality was not what I expected for what I paid for it.

Frank and Oak is fine, they ship quick and have nice products. However, I'm not sure how their membership program is any more advantageous then simply buying from their website. I think it's a bit of a discount but not much.

Products were okay to poor quality, service and shipping were quick.
