My service experience has been great. Shipments typically arrive within a reasonable turnaround, and returns have been straightforward. I do find sizing can be tricky (I don’t find the measurements of the models online to be a reliable barometer for choosing my size) and items tend to lack any give or stretch for their intended fit. I find sweaters and hoodies have been great, shirts and bottoms tend to be a bit more of a gamble (they are the right size and fit but little give or endurance through the day).

Great service, though I find in store shopping can feel a bit pushy sometimes. I prefer a soft sell, and having employees breathing down my neck is a turn off. I also feel like the quality of products has gone downhill since they opened up in stores (I still wear my button-ups from the Hunt Club). Used to be my go-to shopping for clothes spot, but I guess all good things must come to an end…
