You guys usually do quite well! Except for size, your chart size is really made for those skinny models, not for guys 5' 11, 200 lbs and with a large chest/back.

Delivery was a bit slow

First dress was too big so exchange was easy but I did not get the sale price on the exchange which was annoying.

Service is great, prices have gone up recently but thats to be expected. I just don't really understand the pricing scheme as shorts are often as expensive as jeans. But I love Frank and Oak, i also wish some stuff wasn't made in China and encouraged local businesses or places with better working environments.

Staff are lovely
