Absolutely brilliant company. Purchase was demonia boots that were sold out everywhere as it was close to Christmas. The size I ordered was wrong( my fault) and I sent an email which was promptly answered and instantly the size was changed and boots sent out tracked 24hr. They arrived on time for Xmas. Really fast delivery, shoes are perfect, shoes are small fitted, so need to order the next size up, which fit perfectly

These boots are beautiful, look great and feel great. Only downside is I wish they could be laced once, so you just had to use the side zip for getting on and off… apart from that…wish I’d gone higher with the flamingos…

They look great on 😍 but.. the plastic bit hurts top of my feet maybe the plastic needs to adjust as they are still new..
