Fast shipping compared to other places

Shipping was ok

Guess you were overwhelmed with your sales in November & December and all 6 shirts were shipped out very late but, I finally received them after you kept sending the informative email that shipping was going to be late. Now the packaging might have saved you money not putting in a box vers this shrink wrap packing shoving all 6 shirts in there. That packaging was destroyed by the carrier and was ripped and squashed.

Having worn pilot shirts for over 25 years, the Flight Shirts were premature in their release. You want quality to be good right off the bat - so that all the first reviews will be strong. Hard to make a comeback when your initial customers coming from another product aren’t happy. I was offered a discount or exchange- but why would I want to waste my time when I already know the quality control isn’t there? Sorry.
