These shoes are amazing, extremely comfortable and have the wow effect! Got a lot of compliments. Everything is perfect except the delivery, it is a bit slow.

The customer service has been impeccable. I have had some nightmare FedEx delivery occur at Memphis FedEx hub, and the warehouse sent a replacement within a matter of a week (or offered an immediate refund). I love the Black Clay Padded Leather Clutch!
