Returning shoes is a smooth process

My return was lost by Royal Mail which was concerning due to the price of the boots and the fact that Royal Mail would only compensate up to £100. I contacted Flattered support and they responded quickly and advised that they would refund me the full amount. I hadn’t expected this to be the response and was very grateful. Great service. Also, the only reason for the return was that I had ordered 2 pairs to decide between. The pair that I kept are amazing. Love them.
