Hi, I love Flattered products, boots, shoes, and bags, but they have arrived more than once in very damaged shipping boxes (the products are fine inside- phew!). Someone tapes the boxes back together along the way to my house so at least the contents don't fall out, but they would easily.

Easy shopping experience. I didn’t read the other comments so I purchesed a pair on Francesca in my usual size. They are too big, so I requested a refund. We shall see how this works and if the next paire suits me better. I hope I don’t need a half size.
