Good with delivery but I’ve complained as one of my dresses never arrived and I’ve never had a response about it or refund!

The order arrived fairly quickly, prices are quite high considering the quality isn’t great (both dresses were see-through). I returned one but have had no acknowledgment to suggest it’s been received back and have been told it takes 28 days to get my money back. Also have to pay for return shipping costs which isn’t good. Not sure if I will shop here again

Great service, no issues - delivery as stated but item I bought was awful.

Slow on refund but item is good.
