Customer service was great, dresses are ok.

I understand the nature of custom dress and the fees to return, however I am unhappy that I had to pay such a high fee for a color that was so wrongly represented on the website. Especially if you cant order swatches of that color.

Ended up returning it. The website mentions how "eco-conscious" they are, but the dress comes straight from China which makes me doubt its sustainability. When I tried the dress on, the quality seemed good but it was so large. I used the sizing guide and ordered a size 12 dress. I was drowning in it. Went to return and their site was weirdly down, but in a few days it was back up. My patience got the return fee reduced thankfully. The dress was huge and I felt scammed by the sustainability disguise so I made my return and went with a different option.

I originally ordered a 2 and sent in my measurements, but Fame & Partners recommended a 4 instead. I trusted their suggestion but it arrived and it's huge :(
