I am a huge fan after receiving my first coat. I just bought another one!

I've purchased at least 5 faux furs over the years and actually look forward to purchased another. The one thing I'm not happy with is when I look at my past orders I'm not seeing all that have been purchased nor am I seeing the ones I've had to send back. I've spoken to CS about this and look foward to seeing a complet listing of the coats I've purchased and the ones that were returned.
