I honestly can’t say enough good things about this product—I LOVE IT! It has saved me HOURS of time and taken so much of the frustration out of hooping my projects correctly. Everything is easier, faster, and more accurate now. The quality is excellent and it’s very well made. I was also incredibly impressed with the customer service. Someone from the company actually called me to double-check which embroidery machine I had and make sure I was ordering the correct product and that it would work with my machine.
