I just wanted to buy a Mighty Hoop fixture. I don't want to have an account, I don't want to remember secret passwords, I just want to make a purchase. I entered all of the required info and then you told me that I already have an account. I don't want to search for the password and I don't want to waste time resetting it. Allow me to log in as a guest or I'll do without.

I was sent the wrong hoops for my machine. Instead of sending me the correct hoops and sending me a return label for the wrong ones, they sent me the extenders. Now I had to take off the wrong ones and replace myself. I think that is poor customer service.
