I sent y’all an email when I use my Durkee EZ frames. The toolbar pulls off my brackets that I have to hold down my stabilizer. I will try to call tomorrow to talk with someone before I return it cause it’s not working very disappointed. I was looking forward to it. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I have a Brother PR1X one needle

Your products are great, but expensive. And you can give free shipping as long as you put a affiliate name in there but otherwise not and that just seems backward. So they get 10% for nothing and if I don't use their name you reward me by paying for shipping.

Delivery wasn’t good. UPS chose to ignore signage on our garage that’s says Guests and Deliveries with an arrow directing people around our garage to our back door where there is a bin for packages and chose to leave at the front of our garage in the pouring rain. 1st pic is where they left it and second pic is the bin on our back porch. Do better.

I still feel very clumsy and lacking in skill. This is specially true when doing placket shirts with odd yoke designs. Anyway, still having problems.
