Customer Service is outstanding. They saved me from ordering multiple that I did not intend to order. They emailed me to make sure I was aware of the limitations on the flat hoop I ordered. I will confess. I didn't read description before ordering and couldn't use it for what I had planned. However, I can use it for quilting, so I didn't cancel. I have multiple hooping stations which have greatly increased my speed and accuracy. I will be ordering more!

Love my mighty hoops!!! This last purchase I wish I knew I actually needed the additional piece for the stabilizer to stay in place.
