I received the product but looked like it had been used look pretty dirty.

I was sent the wrong hoops for my machine. Instead of sending me the correct hoops and sending me a return label for the wrong ones, they sent me the extenders. Now I had to take off the wrong ones and replace myself. I think that is poor customer service.
