The gladiator sandal has soft straps that adjust, has a heel pad, and has soft footbed that keeps the sandal from sliding under the foot! The arch is good, but I would like it higher for me. This is a great sandal! I will be getting another pair. Finally, a sandal that you can walk and it doesn't slip! NICE!
