Was concerned about what USPS was telling me about my delivery. Called and left a call back number and was gratified to hear back quickly from Becky in the office who was very kind and informative. She told me what to expect and how to contact her again if the package did not arrive within a few days. Thankfully it did arrive and was up to expectations. Thank you
