was very slow at first and they offered to ship me another one! Wow

There was a problem when I tried to order, asking me to scan my credit card so my initial order did not go through. I got an email and a phone number to call and got the issue resolved. It was the last day for a percentage off and that was honored, which made me very happy! Slow delivery but with COVID-19 and the holiday season I guess that is to be expected. I wasn’t in a hurry for the stamp, just wanted to make sure I got it. Thank you Label Land!

Ideally, the labels would be twice as big, for ease of reading by laundry and nursing staff. Also, a bigger label would be easier to sew on to clothes. It was probably the type of material of the clothes, but the labels did not stand up to the washing machine and dryer after being ironed on.
