Pretty awful tone from customer service sadly when I complained on email about my experience with the scarlet swimming costume. It’s a shame as I had been a huge fan of the brand to that point and had recommended it to many people.

Customer service is unacceptable! I got this 'French!?' Leggings and had to pay Custom Fees to get it in The Netherlands as it comes from the UK! Of course when I bought it online it mentioned no fees within EU countries, so i was very surprised with the 35eup additional fees. I contacted the EL team and advised me to pay the fees and that I would be reimbursed. Saddly the leggings was not as expected and had to return them . Then EL team refund me the value of the leggings excluding the custom fees 120 euro - 30 euro . I had to wait over a month , exchange 100 emails and call them everyday until I managed to get the remaining amount back. !!!!!!!!! If you don't live in the UK don't bother to purchase .
