Shipping was great and packing was great

My order originally got stuck in processing but after I reached out for support, the issue was rectified promptly.

I was at first really disappointed because the outfit I originally ordered with this dress never came in. I had to email back and forth with a customer representative. After about our fourth email they told me they were actually out of my size. I was super disappointed. To make things better they sent me this little black dress at no charge. I thought that was really nice and great customer service.

The shipping is a little slower than I'd like, but the products make it absolutely worth it.
