I purchased 4 pair of shoes in the same transaction, all the same size. The 2 closed toe sandals I purchased fit great, on a middle (average) hole selection for the strap. The 2 loafers are both seriously too large, slipping entirely off my feet. The shoes are all beautiful. The sandals are very comfortable! I wear them to work and am on my feet much of the day.

First the good: lovely color, leather feels great, and shipping was much faster than expected. Adjustments to bring this to 5 stars: I requested padding and arch support, I think they overdid it on the arch support to the point where it’s a little uncomfortable. I’m hoping it’ll flatten out with time. Otherwise these are excellent.

Cute comfortable flats. It’s nice to have real leather shoes. Bothered that the black made my toes black. Next time I’ll buy beige
