I purchased 2 styles, mostly for work but they’re so gorgeous and comfortable, I’ll wear them everywhere. At the time of ordering, I provided my foot measurements as my length is a standard 8.5 US Women’s, but I have wide feet at the ball/toe area and a narrow heel. Typically I find shoes that fit lengthwise but are way too tight at the toe joints, or if they’re wide enough there, they’re too wide and fit poorly at the heel so they flop around while walking-discomfort has been the norm for me in leather shoes particularly. Bali ELF provided the opportunity to have some of the measurements adjusted where I needed it, so I was pretty excited to see how it would work out upon arrival. The shoes came a full week before expected, which was great. Each pair was carefully wrapped and packaged in a fabric bag (retain those for storing your shoes-protects from dust and rubbing/scratching if you’re like me and don’t have a fancy shoe closet with individual cubbies). The leather on each pair is soft and luxurious feeling but still thick and sturdy. The craftsmanship is obviously quality-I’ve purchased leather shoes and boots that cost quite a bit more than ELF and these from ELF were clearly superior. No loose threads or glue spots or weird inconsistencies anywhere to be found on either pair. They fit perfectly right out of the wrapping, and I’ve been wearing the penny loafer style daily (without socks or foot covering) for work the past month without so much as a blister. I have experienced blisters on my heel with the pointy toed flat but not due to any fault or deficit in the shoes. They have a really good multi-surface grip on them so they’ve been excellent for driving and walking safely on sidewalks, carpeting, and tiles/wood floors. I can’t say enough good things about these shoes and Bali ELF! I really just love them! I’ll definitely be buying more shoes from them over the next decades and I hope they’re around for a LOOOONG time!! Thank you Bali ELF!

What exquisite footwear! Beautifully constructed AND supremely comfortable. Compliments come each time I put mine on. I’m sending a pic of my recent visit to our local museum, Newfields, where the LUME Van Gogh exhibit is being shown. The mangrove leather flats are beautiful. They are also very comfortable right out of the box. I get many compliments.

I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did. The styling is great, the fit is perfect, and the leather is so buttery soft. Love them.
