This is my second pair of BaliElf flats and I love them both. They are both super cute and I get lots of compliments. They are well made and comfortable. I’ve also had very good experiences with customer service.

I ordered the Dance Queen Heels in tan and upon getting them I saw it wasn’t the shade I was going for despite the shoes being beautiful. So I returned them and put a note in to have the color he vintage camel instead. They did so without question and the shoes arrived a month later. Perfect! I love them so much.
