I love my new dress!

This is my second pair of Bali Elf Oxford heels and I can say, for the second time, that their craftsmanship and custom service is beyond expectations. This time I customized my order as the first pair was slightly tight around the widest part of my feet so I asked for a slightly wider pair of shoes, with the lower heel option, and without the heel. The team accommodated all of my requests and when I received the pair and realized it was unfortunately too wide, they exchanged it for free for a standard size, as in the meantime I found my first pair broke in so I just had to be patient - it’s leather after all. The patience was worth it as I am now a happy owner of two fantastic pairs of Bali Elf shoes!

Ya gotta know, I own flats and several pairs of booties. The leather construction is the best, the design different than most. Go ahead, fill up your closet, you won’t be sorry, set a trend, I did.!
