I love BALI ELF shoes and own several pairs. They are comfortable and so unique. I alway get compliments on them. They have done several customs for me as well.

These are lovely shoes! Well made. I wear a birkenstock size 39. I bought the midsummer size 9. Fit is good. The back rubs so it is uncomfortable for the first week. Otherwise, they fit like they are custom made for my foot. I will purchase a ballet flat and will size up half a size to make sure there is enough toe space. Beautiful! Real leather and so soft.

I've never had the right shoe size in the U.S., always too big or too small. Love that I can have these made to the correct size! They don't make a 12.5 here. I think if I order more, I will ask for the ankle straps to be made smaller as I have small ankles for my size.
