Exceptional!
I am totally please with my experience with Edge and its processes. My order was easy to place and delivered timely. Unfortunately, due to my cataract surgeries I was unable to fine a suitable lens to manage post op light sensitivity. However, they seem to have a customer first approach to service and reimbursement. For instance, their return policy indicated a 20% restocking fee but due to a delay because of current staffing levels, I was reimbursed fully even though I thought their response was timely. My only suggestion is for them to make the return policy more visible on the website although I may have missed the specifics prior to ordering. If I remember correctly, I had to call them for the specifics and that’s when I discovered the 20% restocking fee but I’m not 100% sure
