I purchased an item and requested to pick it up at the Madison office location. Not only was my item ready for pick up within 2 days, but the office staff stayed late to let me in since I didn’t get off work until their closing time. AND the very nice lady who met me for the pick up even asked if I needed to try it on in the store before I took it home. So thoughtful and completely above and beyond. I’ve loved DSG gear for 5+ years but it’s service like this that keeps me around as a customer. Great gear, great people.

Shipping is quick and I love the brand being created by women for women. Some products still need some improvement but I'll be here rooting for them and trying what they come out with next.
