The shipping was fine but I was out of town on vacation and by the time I got the package to try on- I realized that my return window of 19 days from fulfillment email had come and gone. So by the time you get the email to when you receive the package it- a week has gone by - so you only have about 8 business days to return it. So be warned! Don’t order if you plan on being out of town for trips b/c you may miss the return window and it is very expensive in my opinion to keep an item that doesn’t work for you. The email confirmations were good on the package going out after purchase.

While they are responsive, I wish they would have taken the price point into consideration with the return policy, especially for plus sized pieces. I am now stuck with two dresses that I cannot wear at all because they are too big.

I would like to return items purchased, not sure how to complete this.

I made my purchase on 11/21th and to this day December 11th I haven't received my articles. After several back and forth with the company still nothing. I know it's not your fault since the delivery is manage by another company but i am still desapointed about the all experience.
