I feel that the personal service is really great. The smallness of the company and its position as a B-corp is terrific. Refunds take a while (and sadly, Brexit has elevated prices for UK customers. . . surprise surprise. . . . ) but when I've written I always get a prompt, thoughtful response. I love the 'dare to. . ' values, and that there is a mastectomy line. Keep it up, team!
