Error in the System
The wrong item was placed two times in my basket. Changed it. Placed again the item that I wanted into the basket but the wrong one appeared again. Tried to correct it a couple of times but the same error kept repeating itself. So I thought I order it that way, so the wrong way, inform customer support right away and they can correct it. So no harm down when nothing is sent yet and it can be changed right? But I got the answer that this isn’t possible. So I should get the wrong items first and send them back. So no customer support at all from customer support. And of course sending items back isn’t for free and I need to pay it. Yeah. Very annoying and not really helpful or flexible. I love the brand and their products but this was really just nonsense. Could have helped me easily and avoid costs and stress but didn’t at all.
