Panhandle Slim

This shirt was ordered as a large and is extremely boxy and oversized more like an extra large. I wanted to exchange for a M Second problem, there was no packing slip. There was a piece of paper instructing how to make a return, which indicated that you must have the return order number from the missing packing slip and pay for the return of the shirt that is incorrectly sized. No exchanges Third issue, I’ve never received a response to emails I have sent advising of the size issue and missing packing slip . Very disappointed. Fair warning.

Terrible customer service. Do not respond to email communication. Do not provide immediate assistance. Claimed to provide return label but did not. Are not flexible in working with customer. Do not recommend shopping from this brand.

Horrible

Completely unsatisfied. We ordered long sleeve and received shortsleeved. Frustrating as this was a part of my son’s Christmas. I emailed the company to initiate a return and I have also called there support line (customer service), of which I had leave a voicemail, and have received no reply to either. While you can initiate a return without speaking to someone it charges you shipping to get a return label. I for one do not feel that I should pay for the distributors error by sending the wrong item. Panhandle use to be my preferred western wear for button down tops but after experiencing the LACK of customer support I think I will take my business elsewhere. - signed a ticked off cowgirl.
