I am a basketball official and we beat up our bodies throughout the season. So having something that will provide stability is essential. I had knee surgery 3 yrs ago and I have been wearing knee braces for stability. These tights have taken their place but they also help my back. I get back spasms sometimes and having the added stability for my back, is a game changer. My original pair was a medium and I feel they got slightly loser over time so I went down to a small for my second pair. They are definitely tight but I like the extra secure hugged feeling. I have shared these with many of my fellow officials and they are grabbing them and loving them! My measurements are 5’7 150. If you don’t mind a super snug feeling then go small but if you just want a standard snug feeling then go medium. (Medium is my recommended size).
