Wish stores in Canada carried, or that your shipping costs to Canada wasn’t so steep.

Shipping was a bit slower than expected but packaged well.

Fast shipping, did not have to deal with customer service so not sure what that is like. Product is a nice soft leather. Did not love that it came folded up in a little box for a big tote bag because then I had to wait for the lines to fade

Loved my item, but it arrived very wrinkled. I had to pay $17 to have it steamed. I’ve ordered 5 different items from Cuyana and I wish returns were free. Sometimes I need to compare a couple different sizes and the charge is a deterrent to ordering more frequently.
