i had the greatest experience with cuyana’s customer service team. namely kim and ren’e. i had issues with a past purchase. they took care of everything with kindness, patience and respect. i was able to make a few exchanges effortlessly and so efficiently. ultimately i bought the new easy travel tote in navy and a biscuit wide adjustable strap. and i am delighted! the travel tote is absolutely perfect! and so beautiful with my funky strap. i didn’t want it to match the navy. and i’ve worn it on a trip and got so many compliments from the flight attendants and travelers on the mismatch.
