I went to the open house/party in Georgetown DC. It was fun. Everyone was super nice and I had an opportunity to meet one of the owners. She came up to me and gave me a hug. Sweet.

I did not like the shipping and packaging style but 100/10 for quality, design and spaciousness. I used this for long distance and I was able to fit my toiletries, some snacks and all my electronics including my 14-inch laptop. Absolutely 100/10 recommend!!!
