Cuyana

The way this item shipped could have ruined the bag. It was thrown into a dust bag that was not even closed the whole way and then thrown into the shipping box. This time of year where I live there is lots of rain and snow so I would have appreciated the bag being in another box under the shipping box or some other sealed bag that didn't leave it susceptible to damage. The shipping box did arrive ripped and frayed (not Cuyana's fault) so this could have easily happened. I am lucky that the bag was not damaged by water. However, the center part of the bag that zips arrived creased in ways that were not designed to be creased because of the sloppy packaging. I understand the need to be a more environmentally conscious with packaging but I would encourage Cuyana to get a little creative when packaging up these expensive leather products that they take so much pride in.

Shipping took a while. Packaging was good.

Expectations were higher

Lovely color and cut, but the fit is snug. I usually order a small but I got a medium considering the fabric. The medium was too tight. I would suggest anyone considering this piece to go up a size.

it was too dark and flimsy for the price that I paid. I really love the knit recycle material though. I just wish I came in more colors that natural and flattering. I also wish the band was not so thick because it made it hard to look at what's inside my bag. It made it inconvenient to shop around and reach for things in the bag.
