I ordered a bag online, and opted to pick it up at the brick and mortar store in Union Square. Once I found the Cuyana store, I had a wonderful experience. However, for some reason Google Maps lists the Cuyana store as being located inside of Macy's. I wandered around Macy's asking employees where the Cuyana kiosk was for some time, and nobody knew what I was talking about. I finally called the Cuyana phone # and it turns out the store is two doors down from the Macy's entrance, on the 2nd floor of an adjacent building. The salesperson who helped me was very nice and extremely helpful, and she prepared my bag while I went to a dentist appointment nearby. I ended up purchasing an insert as well, while I was in the store.

Very often the store attendants don’t help when I walk in.
