One of the ladies at this location seemed like she didn't want to be there or didn't want to help anyone. She was short with her responses and not helpful at all, I believe she was the GM? The associate however, was so kind and helpful. We went thru several bags together and none of them were what I wanted. She finally brought out a bag she said they didn't carry anymore and only had a couple left of, it was just the right one and I love it. I wish I got her name!

I am still waiting for a problem with the refund. They do answer emails but if you try calling it is frustrating. I had to call at least 5-6 times before anyone answered.

The bag came a bit out of shape. I think it’d be a lot nicer if it’s stuffed during transit.

Arrived promptly after ordering.
