Wow what an optician. Who thought the basic services of an optician can be so hard to come by... an appointment which ACTUALLY lasts 40 mins, a huge selection of glasses which all cost the same with no up selling which is so liberating. Glasses are well made, and comfortable to wear! I was then told I could add on a pair of clip on sunglasses at a reduced price because I had bought my main pair from cubitts. Great!!!

Firstly I received the wrong size glasses XL when all my other Cubitts have been R, so made contact and returned them in order to get the correct size. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks I made contact and the glasses were sent out. Upon receiving them to my dismay again i had the wrong size glasses and the wrong frame. When I called up I was told that you no longer made my originally requested frame. I requested a refund which I believe I am in the process of receiving. I have to say that I am very sad to have to report this as i have been a big fan of Cubitts, introducing my husband, sister and numerous friends to you. But really this last experience has been nothing short of dismal, and I actually cannot believe that you have asked me for a review of your service. Disappointedly yous Fran Warde
