Creme has zero quality control, and customer service is a joke. They are to lazy to even take real pictures of what they want to sell you, or provide accurate information. I will never be coming back.

I've made several orders with Creme in the past year or so. I've defended their lax business practices on Reddit and Discord as just bad luck for others, but it finally happened to me. I ordered 3 grams of water hash, and received an unsealed vacuum bag filled with 3 empty jars. Obviously someone wasn't paying attention and sent these without filling them. I've tried several times to reach them via phone and email. Every time completely ignored. I was polite and understanding and provided pictures of the packaging and empty jars. No response at all. Sad, but I guess I'm now done with Creme. I join the growing crowd of people who've been ghosted by this company when something goes wrong. And I'm out $150.
