1st eighth was great and came after 3 days, 2nd eighth and a week with no shipping confirmation, messaged the number and got it worked out, the flower is WONDERFUL though. It's clear the influx of orders is tough to manage atm

Hello firstly it was an overall good experience in terms of shipping and processing. I was happy to recieve my order a day earlier. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't exactly get the product I ordered. So on the website it says a "710 thread cartridge" with photos of a cartridge. While the resin in the pen is amazing I didn't get a cartridge I got a disposable pen. And I wouldn't of minded except it isn't rechargeable. And they do sell rechargeable but not refillable disposable pens so I was upset at that. Secondly the literal fear of mines came true when the pen died just today and I recieved the product yesterday. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to get this quality oil out of this disposable without making a huge mess.
