Omg I went through a bit to get these great socks let's just say the post office was no help telling me what I already knew.... someone else had gotten my "delivered" order. I emailed about my issue fully prepared to buy another pair, after confirming the shipping address I did not hear back and thought it a loss for sure. After a few days a pair showed up in my mailbox, I was so excited and amazed they would do this for me. The socks oh geez GREAT!
