Cotopaxi AU

Love my new Cotopaxi fleece jacket. Customer Service was great too as I found the sleeves a little short in a L (I'm usually a L at 6'2') ... but I returned and they sent me an XL. No problems. Sorted in one week. Thx

Hoodie is great quality, well made. But make sure you wash it first. It smells horrible when the sealed bag is opened, and the only way to get rid of the smell is a thorough wash.

The quality seems as good as my first 16L but unfortunately it arrive with a very bad sweat smell. Not that have been used but the smell is not going away even after multiple washing. Hence I have to drop down to 2 stars.

Unfortunately it took me 2 weeks to get a response regarding details of where to return my purchase. Once I emailed the "wholesale" enquiries I finally received an email and instructions. I love Cotopaxi, but this has left me disappointed and I doubt I will purchase again online .... :(
